  Recently, my company organized/facilitated an event for a Fortune 500 company at Hines Hills in the Cuyahoga National Park. I was a bit concerned with the health protocol with the Corona Virus....Is food handled properly?.... Is food served properly? Totally Cooked surpassed my concerns and provided service beyond my expectations.
  
  All food was individually prepared and packaged with touch-less contact. Service was "whisper quite" and the meals, soups, sandwiches, etc.. we ordered were absolutely delicious!!!!!!! I have to say...If the owner is reading this...I would absolutely love the Minestrone soup recipe. The meeting participants "fought" over who would take home the extra Minestrone soup! Beyond that... the Chicken salad wrap and the Smoked Salmon platter for breakfast was scrumptious. Highly recommend!!!!

  Totally Cooked catered my daughters wedding 8/29/20. Appetizers were placed by TCC staff on bar for guests to self serve, not passed by staff per Covid guidelines and as had been previously discussed.
  TCC staff were friendly, however they wore wrinkled, washed out uniforms and I had to go find them standing in kitchen to request service. They also left venue without informing me as to where they had placed leftover food for family to take home or the top tier of wedding cake which was to be saved for 1st anniversary. Cake was never located.
  The following day as the new Mr and Mrs were preparing a meal of TCC leftovers, they discovered a medium amount green mold on multiple rolls in bag with “use by” date of 8/9/20 on Members Mark label.
  Lastly, TCC charged $393.27 for delivery of chairs, glassware, tablecloths and beverage bins!
  All of these issues were brought to the attention of Mr. D’Avello, CEO of TCC. He responded with lengthy email full of excuses, offered refund of 1/2 service charge and refused to accept responsibility or offer any apology for our concerns.
  I would like to mention that Chelsea Klekis fromTCC who assisted us in planning our wedding was very helpful, responsive and professional. Our dinner was served warm and professionally, followed pandemic guidelines and was enjoyed by our family and friends. We did have a lot of leftovers, which unfortunately were wasted due to safety concerns after moldy bread was discovered.

  Absolutely amazing catering company. Food meets and exceeds expectations, staff is friendly and service oriented. Highly recommend for parties, weddings or any event where top quality catering is needed.

  Horrible customer service. The food was good, but she forgot our plate warmers. She claims we never talked about it, but I have the emails to prove we do. Also very hard to get a hold of the day before the wedding. We showed up to the venue and things were not set up correctly. I called and called and called to no answer. Tried to call the office and still nothing. We ended up moving everything ourselves. We paid upfront for 100 guests, but ended up having 80. Catherine said she would give us some money back for having a lesser guest count. It has been 4 weeks and nothing. She claims they sent out 2 different checks, but still nothing. Very unprofessional. Will never recommend. Ruined our whole day. By the way, still waiting on our check.

  Very unprofessional by far. Weddings are supposed to be stress free for the bride and groom. Thanks for not making that possible for us. I do not recommend totally cooked.
