  The coffee here is bitter and tasteless. The atmosphere is dark and cold. Come on BEVERLY Hills you can do better coffee shops in the area!

  Conveniently located at the end of the road Beverly Hills shopping district, near Stoney Creek Rd. Just when I thought I wasn't able to find a place to sit down and drink coffee in the sweet Beverly area, I found this. The place is cozy and have an outdoor seating, so that's definitely a plus. Service and taste is standard for Oliver Brown, which says that it's also great. I didn't drive but if you did, you won't have too big of a problem since it's near the big parking areas. Pleasant experience overall.

  The desserts from Oliver brown is always a nice treat, however I ordered the Belgium waffles with chocolate ice cream off the uber app and was given normal vanilla ice cream. I then ordered the same thing another time and was given the wrong ice cream again. It was a frustrating experience but I did call the restaurant and they did say next time I order to call up and they will give me complimentary ice cream which was a nice gesture to fix their previous mistakes.

  Shocking service after waiting 20 min for a take away coffee I thought I would check up incase they forgot my order they still had another 15 or so coffees to make so I got my money back and left. Good Managment and customer service would be to let a take away order there is going to be a 30 min wait for a coffee

  This store was not overly busy and for some reason I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to serve me. There were three ladies behind the counter, 2 making coffee and 1 cleaning a machine. Not once did any of them acknowledge that I was waiting. Finally a different lady came to serve me and told me they had already run out of milk hot chocolate. The store still had 2 hours of trading time.
  
  Horrible service, would not reccomend!
